About sponsorship opportunities
There are two different ways you can support the Health Workforce Diversity Regional Conferences initiative: choosing to be either a Statewide Conference Sponsor or an Individual Conference Sponsor.
By supporting the Health Workforce Diversity Regional Conferences as a Statewide Conference Sponsor, your organization/business has the opportunity to be represented at the top sponsorship level and to be recognized statewide. At each conference throughout the state, your organization/business will be included in all media coverage and print materials for all six conference programs.
Sponsoring your local Health Workforce Diversity Regional Conference as an Individual Conference Sponsor, your organization/business will have the chance to be intensely represented on a local level-in your community, among your colleagues, partners, and peers. This will give your organization the networking opportunities, the awareness, and the promotion you need to make a difference locally. Both of these sponsorship options will:
Promote positive identity for your sponsoring organization
Support and promote diversity advocacy and education efforts
Maintain low registration costs for conference attendeesBuild awareness of company/organization
Provide on-site networking opportunities
Target specific audiences for promoting your organization

Platinum Benefactor $25,000
Platinum Benefactor Sponsorship is an exclusive opportunity to be recognized statewide for your efforts to achieve a diverse healthcare workforce in Texas, and as a prominent supporter of the Regional Diversity Conferences; only three (3) Platinum Benefactor Sponsorship opportunities are available. Platinum Benefactor Sponsors will receive exhibit space in each of the 6 conference exhibit areas; one complimentary conference registration at each of the 6 conferences; a full page ad in each conference program; sponsor listing on press releases and all media coverage; verbal recognition throughout all conferences, prominent signage in meeting facilities; and, appropriate listing and link on the conference website pre/post event.
Gold $10,000
Gold Sponsorship includes exhibit space in exhibit area, three complimentary conference registrations, 3/4 page ad in conference program, sponsor listing and coverage on press releases, included in all media coverage for all six regional conferences, verbal recognition throughout all conferences, as well as prominent signage in the meeting facilities, sponsor listing and link on conference website pre/post event.
Silver $5,000
Silver Sponsorship includes exhibit space in exhibit area, two complimentary conference registrations, 1/2 page ad in conference program, sponsor listing and coverage on press releases, included in all media coverage for all six regional conferences, verbal recognition throughout all conferences, as well as prominent signage in the meeting facilities, sponsor listing and link on conference website pre/post event.
Bronze $2,500
Bronze Sponsorship includes exhibit space in exhibit area, one complimentary conference registration, 1/4 page ad in conference program, sponsor listing and coverage on press releases, included in all media coverage for all six regional conferences, verbal recognition throughout conferences, as well as prominent signage in the meeting facility, sponsor listing and link on conference website pre/post event.
