About the Attendees
The conferences will bring together educators from K-12, college, and health professions training programs; community leaders, economic and workforce development experts; health industry employers; and other stakeholders who are concerned about health care workforce issues in Texas. Approximately 200 participants are expected at each conference.
Exhibit Schedule
Exhibitor set-up and registration: 7:30 am
Conference Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm*
Specific exhibit times will be included before conference and during all breaks.
*Please note that this is the general schedule for each regional conference; exact times may very slightly per conference.
Individual Conference Exhibit Fee
$200 -- Includes draped table with 2 chairs, one conference registration, lunch, breaks, and acknowledgement in conference program
